Richard Lantz has extensive work experience in the excavation and construction industry. Richard began their career in 1990 as a Project Engineer at Danis Industries. Richard then worked at Battle Ridge Companies from 1991 to 1995 as an Estimator/Project Manager. From 1995 to 1997, they worked at Kanawha Stone Company as a Project Manager/Estimator. Richard then served as Vice President at Mountaineer Grading from 1997 to 1999. Following that, they were the Operations Manager at Kanawha Stone from 1999 to 2002. Richard then joined Independence Excavating, Inc. in 2002, where they worked as a Project Manager/Chief Estimator until 2011.
