With extensive experience in leadership roles, Monte held the position of President at On Time Media, LLC from April 2011 to January 2022, overseeing business development, sales, operations, accounting, and human resources. Prior roles include President/CEO at SoffSeal, Inc. (2009-2011), COO at both On Time Media, LLC (2008-2009) and SoffSeal, Inc. (2004-2008), and business management and financial positions at Purcell Marian and God's Bible School and College. Education includes an Associate of Arts degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Union Bible College.

Beechwood Home is a not-for-profit nursing facility located in Hyde Park. We specialize in providing high quality long-term care for neurological residents. Our 80 residents participate in therapeutic and recreational activities that assist in their optimal functioning. We are a unique organization made up of employees with special skills and attributes to meet the needs of our residents. The mission of Beechwood is to provide a high level of care designed to improve the quality of life for residents of the home. The mission is accomplished by: Promoting resident’s independence and rehabilitation in a comfortable, enjoyable, family-like home, with personalized services that foster hope and mutual support. Offering – as a non-profit, philanthropic, non-sectarian, skilled nursing home –specialized, extensive, long term health services to male and female adults of every race, creed, national origin, and economic status who have incurable, chronic, and disabling neurologic conditions. Providing for the needs of the whole person through resident oriented services such as: physical therapy, quality meal service and a full range of social, cultural, religious, and recreational activities.
