Neena Mundolil

Neena Panicker has extensive experience in the field of behavioral therapy, currently serving as Clinical Supervisor at The Behavior Exchange, Inc. since April 2015, where roles have also included Senior Clinical Therapist and Behavior Therapist. Prior to this, Neena worked at the Brent Woodall Foundation for Exceptional Children from January 2014 to April 2015 as a Senior Assistant Applied Behavior Therapist. In these positions, Neena has specialized in assessing children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities, utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT), and various behavior practices. Neena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas Woman's University.
