Michael Chow has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael is currently the Founder & CEO of The Believer Company, a game development company that they started in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Riot Games as the Vice President & Executive Producer from 2016 to 2022. Before joining Riot Games, Michael founded their own company, Jolly Company, where they served as the Founder & CEO from 2014 to 2016, until it was acquired by Riot Games.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked at Zynga, where they held several leadership roles, including Chief of Staff to the CEO from 2012 to 2014, Sr. Director of Strategic Services from 2011 to 2012, and Director of Operations from 2010 to 2011. Michael began their entrepreneurial journey at NewToy Inc., where they were the Founder & COO from 2008 to 2010, until it was acquired by Zynga.

Prior to their career in the gaming industry, Michael worked as a Chemistry Teacher at Fort Myers High School from 2007 to 2009. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in game development, executive leadership, and operations management.

Michael Chow attended Harvard University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies.
