Jack Norton

Jack Norton has experience in program development at The Belle Center since November 2006. Prior to that, Jack was a board member at JERS from 2007 to 2010 and served as a VISTA Manager at WNY AmeriCorps VISTA from 1998 to 2004. Jack also was a student at Philadelphia College of Bible from 1962 to 1966.
