Founded in 2012 by brothers Sam and Andrew Teitt, The Bellepoint Company was named after the road where we grew up—on a family farm that instilled in us a deep desire to create spaces of sanctuary: a home that welcomes everyone; a home built with intention. In 2014, Jenn Teitt, Sam’s wife, brought her design expertise to Bellepoint and launched our in-house, full-service interior design team. Her leadership has helped us deliver a cohesive, fully integrated experience—where architecture, construction, and interiors come together to create truly one-of-a-kind homes. Our goal is simple: to build homes that feel as intentional and welcoming as the lives lived within them.
