Doug Fenton

Doug Fenton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management, sales, and marketing within the senior living sector. Currently serving as a Leasing Consultant at Benchmark Management Corporation since March 2022, Doug focuses on leasing and resident retention for Turtle Creek 55 Plus and 770 Elmwood luxury apartments. Prior to this role, Doug held the position of Community Manager at Calamar from August 2014 to November 2021, overseeing property management and leasing. Doug also served as Sales Director at Fredonia Place from August 2007 to August 2014, where responsibilities included sales, marketing, case management, and activities direction. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Image Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia and an Associate of Applied Science in Business from Niagara County Community College.
