Marcus Williams possesses extensive experience in solution management and client relations, currently serving as a Solution Management Supervisor at BenefitFirst since February 2015. Prior roles at BenefitFirst include Senior Solution Manager and Solution Manager. Previously, Marcus worked at AMCOL Systems from May 2009 to December 2014, where responsibilities included leading a team of collectors as Client Relations Senior Manager and managing bad debt.
