Alana Rousselot

Alana Rousselot is an experienced community development professional currently serving as the Community Development Coordinator at The Benevolent Society since May 2018, where objectives include fostering leadership and partnerships to empower residents and enhance community services. Prior experience includes the role of Youth Mentoring Coordinator at the Women's Justice Network, focusing on the wellbeing of women and female youth in the criminal justice system, and serving as an Aboriginal Health Administration and Directors Assistant at NSW Health Northern Sydney Local Health District. Alana has also worked as a Residential Youth Worker at Guardian Youth Care, co-founded Helping Hands Catering, and held positions in business development and consultancy. Alana's educational background includes multiple certificates in Business Administration and Community Services obtained from TAFE NSW, following a Higher School Certificate at St. Ives High School.
