Felicia Dingle

Felicia Dingle's work experience begins in 2004 with their role as Executive Officer at Northern Rivers Women and Children's Services, where they were responsible for governance, strategic management, and quality control. Felicia held this position until 2013. In 2014, they became an Associate Consultant at Tim Childs Consultants, where they specialized in various services including strategic planning, facilitation, and training. Felicia worked there until 2020. Currently, Felicia is the Director of Operations at The Benevolent Society, a position they have held since 2018.

Felicia Dingle attended UNSW from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Social Work degree. In 1997-1998, they attended the University of Sydney and completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. Additionally, Felicia has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they became an Accredited Social Worker through the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Later in 2014, they received the certification of Certified Case Manager from the Case Management Society of Australia (CMSA). Additionally, Felicia holds an Accredited Social Work Trademark from the AASW and is also an Accredited Social Worker with the Health Care Practitioners Council United Kingdom, although the specific years they obtained these status are unknown.
