Karen Verrier

Karen Verrier is a seasoned social work professional with extensive experience in the child protection sector, currently serving as Principal Practitioner and Practice Leader at The Benevolent Society since 2015. In this role, Karen supports practitioners and team leaders to integrate research with practice while enhancing reflective practice through training and coaching. Previous roles include Lead Trainer at The Benevolent Society, Field Education Officer at the University of New South Wales, and various positions in child protection and social work with Family and Community Services, NSW Health, and Cara House.
