Monisha D'Souza

Monisha D'souza has extensive experience in social work and project management, currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Team Lead at The Benevolent Society since June 2017. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Project Officer at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW) from June 2014 to 2017 and Senior Case Manager at Ageing, Disability and Home Care, Department of Human Services NSW from June 2009 to September 2014, where responsibilities involved assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities to improve their quality of life. Monisha's career began as a CW at DADHC for one year starting in June 2009, focusing on social work. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Southern Cross University (2016-2018), a Bachelor of Social Work from Charles Sturt University, and a Graduate Certificate of Counselling from the University of Southern Queensland.
