Val Lehmann-Monck

Val Lehmann-Monck is an experienced Occupational Therapy professional with a robust background in leadership and advocacy across various organizations. Currently serving as the Practice Leader at The Benevolent Society since August 2017, Val has previously held positions such as National Director at Occupational Therapy Australia and Practice Leader at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW). Val's extensive experience encompasses strategic planning, compliance management, stakeholder alignment, and the development of workforce capacity within the disability sector. Val's academic credentials include a Master of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney and certifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
