Kirsty Pitcher is the current Chief Operating Officer at The Benjamin Foundation. Kirsty has a long and varied work history in social services, with a focus on parenting support. Kirsty began their career in 1998 as a Senior Education Welfare Officer with Stockport Council. In 2010, they became a Parenting Specialist with The Benjamin Foundation, and was promoted to Manager of Early Help Services in 2011. Kirsty left The Benjamin Foundation in 2016 to take on the role of Parenting Support Worker with Family Action. Kirsty returned to The Benjamin Foundation in December of 2012 and has been serving as Chief Operating Officer since July of 2016.

Kirsty Pitcher has a Diploma of Social Work from The University of Salford in Children and Families. Kirsty also has a BA (Ed) Hons from University College Chester in Education Studies with Geography and Social Psychology. Kirsty is certified from CHILDRENS SUCCESS FOUNDATION as an Advanced Nurtured Heart Approach Trainer.
