Austin Berg

Austin Berg has a diverse background in the real estate industry. Austin currently serves as the Director of Hawkins Management LLC, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Development at The Berg Corporation from 2019 to 2022.

Austin also has experience as a Project Manager at BERG Brownfields, a national real estate development company specializing in the acquisition and redevelopment of environmentally distressed properties. Austin held this position starting in 2022.

Before joining The Berg Corporation, Austin worked at Greenspring Realty Partners as an Associate, focusing on industrial investments across the country. Austin also held the role of Director Associate at Unique Properties, Inc., where they specialized in multifamily brokerage and lending.

Austin began their career as an Intern at Viridian Partners and Cushman & Wakefield, gaining valuable experience in the industry. Austin has a strong background in acquisitions, development, leasing, and various other aspects of commercial real estate.

Austin Berg attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Finance with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Mcdonogh School from 1997 to 2011.
