Jessie Kunhardt

Jessie Kunhardt is an experienced educator currently serving as a Third Grade Head Teacher at Berkeley Carroll School since December 2011. With a progressive career at the school, Jessie has also held roles as a Fourth Grade Associate Teacher, Second Grade Associate Teacher, and a Second Grade Head Teacher (maternity leave replacement). Prior professional experience includes positions as an Executive Assistant at Anderson Literary Management, a Books Intern at The Huffington Post, a Program Assistant at Great Books Summer Program, an AmeriCorps Program Coordinator at Generations Incorporated, and an Assistant Manager at Second Story Bookshop. Jessie's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Teaching Literacy and Childhood Education from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Vassar College.
