Rory also worked on operating model design and HL solution design for an automation centre of excellence for a media company in the UK. In addition, Rory led multiple decisioning /personalisation projects for a media company in the UK as well as service management operations for a mobile operator in the UK. Rory also has experience working across multiple work streams on the creation of a new MVNO in the UK.

Rory holds a degree in Business Studies from the University of Essex.

Rory Sands attended Guiseley School and Lancaster University, where they earned a BA Hons in Management and Entrepreneurship. Rory also holds a certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in Leading SAFe (SAFe 4 Certified Agilist).
