Tim Wardrop

Tim Wardrop is a partner at The Berkeley Partnership in the UK. Tim has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and has worked with some of the world's largest companies on their HR transformation programmes.

Previously, Tim was a manager at Deloitte from January 2011 to December 2013. During their time there, they led the global HR systems implementation at a major restaurant chain and oversaw the first implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM anywhere globally at a world-renowned cosmetics brand. Tim also has experience in process and policy design and delivery at multi-national telecoms businesses.

Before their time at Deloitte, Tim was a senior consultant from July 2008 to December 2010 and a consultant from September 2006 to June 2008, both at Deloitte Consulting on HR systems transformation programmes. Prior to that, Tim was an HR project officer at Lloyd's Register from September 2004 to August 2006.
