Tom Rigby

Tom Rigby is a senior associate at Alvarez & Marsal, where they provide support for multiple projects across the M&A lifecycle, from pre-deal due diligence to integration planning. This includes identifying financial and operational risks for high-level red flag and detailed due diligence reports, as well as modelling Total Reward for transferring employee populations. Tom also supports integration planning and develops comms pre-Day 1.

Tom is also experienced in project management, having managed multiple projects with responsibility for developing project plans at both workstream and project level, providing regular status updates, and liaising with senior management to track progress of activities and identify risks and interdependencies across workstreams.

Finally, Tom has supported multiple engagements involving business change enablement, including redesigning performance management frameworks and resources, developing papers on long-term strategy options, content design and development of e-learning modules, cultural integration and effectiveness surveys, and broad change management work. Tom has also supported organisation design, restructuring and function effectiveness engagements involving the development of suite of process maps, creation of global employee surveys, building data models to assess an organisation's global workforce capacity and capabilities, delivery of workforce planning models, development of industry-wide organisation sample for market intelligence studies, and delivery of reports on improving function effectiveness and strategy recommendations.

Tom Rigby has a degree in English and Related Literature from the University of York and is a qualified Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA).
