Tom has also supported organisation design, restructuring and function effectiveness engagements involving the development of suite of process maps, creation of global employee surveys, building data models to assess an organisation's global workforce capacity and capabilities, delivery of workforce planning models, development of industry-wide organisation sample for market intelligence studies, and delivery of reports on improving function effectiveness and strategy recommendations.

Tom Rigby has a degree in English and Related Literature from the University of York and is a qualified Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA).
