Rachel Silvas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and management. Currently serving as Enrollment Manager and Advancement Associate at The Berkeley School since November 2022, Rachel previously held roles at The Children's Pre-School Center as Business/HR Manager and Enrollment/Office Manager from January 2021 to November 2022. Rachel also has experience as an Academic Coach at Staying Ahead of the Game LLC, and in various teaching positions at Chapelwood United Methodist Preschool, OCEAN ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL, and Hillel Yeshiva. In addition to educational roles, Rachel has worked in retail and sales, including positions as Sales Associate at DoubleTake Consignment and Ballet Jewels, and as Sales Analyst for Maidenform. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from The College of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management from The Art Institutes.

Founded in 1963, The Berkeley School is an independent, progressive pre-K through 8th grade school located on two campuses in the heart of Berkeley.
