Michson Luis is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in prestigious dining establishments. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at The Berkeley since September 2018, Michson has progressed through various roles including Senior Sous Chef and Sous Chef. Prior to this, Michson held the position of Sous Chef at Gordon Ramsay at The Savoy Grill Limited from September 2017 to August 2018. Michson's career also includes a significant tenure at Oblix Restaurant from June 2013 to September 2017, during which various roles were undertaken, including Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie, Chef De Partie, and Demi Chef De Partie.
