Clarence C. Monday

Clarence joined the Berkley Group in November 2017. He served as interim Town Manager for the Town of Appomattox from January 2017 to July 2017. Prior to that Clarence served as the County Administrator of Pittsylvania County from July 2014 through January 2017; County Administrator of Amherst County from January 2012 through June 2014; and City Manager for the City of Martinsville from April 2007 through January 2012.

Clarence holds a B.S Degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Public Administration from Old Dominion University. He is a member of the Virginia Local Government Management Association (VLGMA).
