Ken joined the Berkley Group in September of 2017 with over 32 years of local government experience. He served as Town Manager of Pearisburg, Virginia from April 1988 until his retirement in December 2016. Prior to that, he served as City Manager for the City of Norris, Tennessee from November 1983 to March 1988. He also completed a half year internship with the City of Bristol, Tennessee in 1983.
Ken received a Bachelor of Social Science Education from Plymouth State College and a Master of City Management from East Tennessee State University. He completed the Senior Executive Institute at UVA in 2005 and has been an ICMA Credentialed Manager since 2006.
