Karyn Houde

Karyn Houde has a diverse and extensive work history in marketing and business development. Karyn is currently serving as the Managing Director at The Berman Group, a position they started in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Simon Property Group as the Director of Marketing and Business Development from November 2018 to July 2021. Before that, Karyn held the position of Marketing Director at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield from March 2010 to October 2018. Additionally, they have experience as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Golden Hill Subacute and Rehabilitation Center from June 2008 to March 2010. Karyn's career began at GGP, where they worked as an Associate Marketing Manager from June 2005 to February 2008, and as a Marketing Assistant from June 2002 to June 2005.

Karyn Houde has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications: Advertising and Public Relations from Ithaca College. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Cornell University and also earned a Certificate in Resilient Leadership from Babson College. Additionally, they completed various certificates in Digital Marketing, Visual Design, and U/X Design from General Assembly in the same year.
