Stuart Matthews is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in immigration law. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at The Bernard Firm P.L.C. since 2024, Stuart has previously held senior attorney positions at Maggio Kattar Nahajzer + Alexander PC and has contributed as Of Counsel at the same firm. Stuart founded the Matthews Immigration Group and worked as a Business Immigration Attorney at Ogletree Deakins. Beginning a career in immigration law as a Senior Immigration Paralegal at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Stuart holds a Juris Doctor in Immigration Law and Policy from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, a Master’s degree in International Affairs from American University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University.
