Wendy Bernard

Wendy Bernard, Esq. is an accomplished attorney at The Bernard Law Group, providing expertise in regulatory compliance for financial institutions, mortgage bankers, and brokers since April 2012. With a distinguished career in the United States Army Reserve's Judge Advocate General's Corps, serving as Brigade Judge Advocate until May 2019, Wendy Bernard has contributed to one of the oldest legal institutions in America. Previous roles include Associate Professor of Law at Post University, Director of Legal & Regulatory Compliance at Lenders Compliance Group, and various compliance leadership positions in mortgage banking. Wendy Bernard holds a JD from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School, among other academic achievements.
