Desislava Staykova-Learn

Desislava Staykova-Learn currently serves as Team Lead for Global Marketing Performance & Campaigns at The Berner Group, where responsibilities include managing global campaigns and marketing performance, particularly in social media. With extensive experience in coaching, strategy, and facilitation since 2003, Desislava works as an ORSC-trained coach for various clients, including Uniper and International Women in Business Düsseldorf. Previous roles encompass Senior Campaign Manager at C&A Europe, where Desislava led European integrated campaigns, and Research & Concepts Advisor at Corio Holding, focusing on strategy implementation and innovation consulting.
