Katharina Koser

Katharina Koser is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Responsibility at The Berner Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Katharina held various positions at Boston Consulting Group from February 2017 to November 2022, including Projektleiter, Consultant, and Associate. Earlier experience includes a role as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft at Universität Mannheim from September 2015 to December 2016, internships at AUDI AG, Accenture, Deutsche Telekom, and Transfer Partners Unternehmensgruppe, as well as a strong academic background with a Master of Science in Mannheim Master in Management from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Maastricht University. Additional educational experience includes studies at Copenhagen Business School and City University of Hong Kong.
