Stefan Weiss

Stefan Weiss has a diverse range of experience in various leadership and talent management roles. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director Global Talent, Leadership & Learning Management at The Berner Group, where they oversee the entire employee lifecycle and supports customers across 23 European countries. Prior to this, Stefan worked at Deloitte as the Director Human Capital Consulting and held roles such as Talent Group Leader Workforce Strategies & Solutions and Leader Learning Solutions. Stefan also worked at DSR Hotel Holding GmbH as the Director HR Management and at Accenture as a Senior Manager Learning & Collaboration.

From 1995 to 2000, Stefan Weiss attended the University of Hamburg, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management (Dipl.-Kfm.) within the field of study of Betriebswirtschafts- und Personalwirtschaftslehre.
