Jason Norris
Managing Director, Structured Finance at The Bernstein Companies
Jason has been with The Bernstein Companies since 2005 and oversees it’s tax credit division. His extensive knowledge of and industry experience with New Markets Tax Credits and Historic Tax Credits has enabled Consortium Capital and its partners to receive over $1.6 billion in NMTC allocation. Furthermore, Jason was instrumental in raising and deploying a $200 million Historic Tax Credit fund. He also leads Consortium Capital’s efforts in renewable energy. Jason earned a B.A. with Honors from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
