Head Of Product Development at The Better Meat Co.

Kirsten Kehlet has seven years of work experience in the food industry. From 2016 to 2017, they held the role of Graduate Research Assistant at the CSU, Chico Nutrition & Food Science Department. Kirsten then moved to Renaissance Food Group LLC in 2018, where they were a Specifications Coordinator & Nutrition and Labeling Associate. In 2019, they were the Head Food Scientist at Mad Will's Food Company. In 2020, they were a Product Developer at The Better Meat Co. and in 2021 they moved to Brewsy as a Senior Product Developer. In 2022, they returned to The Better Meat Co. as a Senior Product Developer.

Kirsten Kehlet attended California State University, Chico from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition and a Minor in Sustainability Studies.
