Madeleine McDougall

Madeleine McDougall serves as the Vice President of Business Development at The Better Meat Co. since September 2025. Prior to this role, Madeleine held multiple positions at EverGrain from June 2021 to March 2025, including Global Director of Product and Category Strategy, Global Director of Sales and Commercialization, and Global Director of Early Stage Product Development. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Manager of Venture Lab at ZX Ventures, and a Global MBA intern at ZX Ventures. Madeleine's career also features positions at the American National Standards Institute, White & Case LLP, the United States Trade Representative, and the Congressional-Executive Commission on China. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Graduate Certificate in Chinese Studies from the Hopkins-Nanjing Center, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Chinese from William & Mary.
