Joe Farinella

Joe Farinella is an accomplished leader in the beverage industry, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of The Beverage Incubators, LLC since January 2021. Prior to this role, Farinella held the position of Vice President of R&D at Imbibe Inc from March 2013 to December 2020, where significant contributions included overseeing a team of over 60 R&D professionals and successfully developing and commercializing more than 200 beverage SKUs and 500 new flavor ingredients annually. Farinella's earlier experience includes key roles at PepsiCo, where leadership in product development for the Gatorade brand led to innovative launches and advancements in process engineering. Farinella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
