Rick Butor

Rick Butor is an experienced leader in worship and creative arts, currently serving as Executive Director of Worship & Creative Arts at The Bible Chapel since April 2019. Previously, Rick held the position of Central Worship Pastor at Next Level Church in Southwest Florida from April 2016 to February 2019, and prior to that, served as Youth and Worship Director at The Bible Chapel from September 2011 to March 2016. Early in the career, Rick was Worship and Youth Pastor at West Ridge Christian Community Church from May 2009 to August 2011, and began working as a Human Resources Intern at United States Steel Corporation from April 2007 to May 2009. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Worship Arts at Liberty University.
