Joey Vallarian

Joey Vallarian is a skilled communications and project management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Office Manager and Project Manager at The Big Easy Animal Hospital since October 2023, Joey is focused on improving supply chain and inventory management practices while implementing change management for new software. Previously, Joey was the Director of Communications at ALCOSAN, overseeing a team of 23 and directing all communication initiatives. Prior roles include Public Information Officer at the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, where Joey led public-facing initiatives, and President and CEO of a consultancy specializing in crisis communications. Earlier career highlights also include managing media and community relations for Duquesne Light Company. Joey holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Public Relations from Mississippi University for Women.
