Oliver Waddington-Ball is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social enterprise, corporate partnerships, and sustainable business development. Currently the Head of Custom Content & Partnerships at The Big Issue since February 2018, Oliver established and leads a department focused on cause-based marketing campaigns. Previously, as Founder & Chair of Goldfinger Factory from April 2012 to January 2019, Oliver successfully launched a hybrid social enterprise, secured significant funding, and forged partnerships with major corporations. Oliver has also held crucial roles, including Managing Director at Inovenergy Limited, Board Member at Farm The City, and various consultancy positions, showcasing a strong track record in growth acceleration, sustainability, and leadership in social enterprise initiatives. Oliver holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Chinese from The University of Nottingham Ningbo China.
