Rebecca Perlman

Rebecca Perlman is a distinguished partner at Kirkland & Ellis, specializing in ESG and impact finance since March 2024. Concurrently, Rebecca serves on the board of the Impact Investing Institute and The Big Issue, and holds an advisory role with the London Impact Investing Network. Previously, Rebecca was a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2012 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading the ESG practice across multiple regions and overseeing the global sustainable and impact investment practice. Rebecca also held leadership positions with UK for UNHCR, Prisoners' Advice Service, and had a brief secondment with the Government of Sierra Leone. Rebecca earned a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Oxford.
