Andrew Rafferty

Andrew Rafferty serves as the Executive Director of Technology and Business Improvement at Weaver Vale Housing Trust since March 2018. Additionally, Andrew holds a non-executive role as Chair of the Audit and Remuneration Committee and Board Trustee for The Big Life Group, focusing on governance and strategic direction. With extensive experience in IT and e-commerce, Andrew previously worked at Booths for 18 years in various roles, culminating as IT & Ecommerce Director. Experience also includes positions as the UK IT/Operations Manager at Take Off Multitronics and Store Manager roles in the retail sector. Andrew holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Stirling.
