Khushboo Rateria's work experience began in 2009 as the Organizing Committee President for the Corporate Sector at AIESEC in Delhi University. In this role, they led and supervised a team working on international exchange projects. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Assistant Merchandiser at Rugs and Riches. In 2013, they joined Impulse Pvt Lmt as a Merchant Assistant and later became a Merchandiser from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Khushboo started their own business, Zila Home, where they worked as an Independent Business Owner until 2019. Currently, they are the Co-founder and Marketing Head at The Big Red Group, a position they have held since August 2019.

Khushboo Rateria's education history begins in 2006 when they attended G.D Goenka Public School in Delhi and obtained their High School degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. khushboo then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Computer Application at Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi, completing their studies in 2011. In 2012, they enrolled at the London College of Fashion in the UK and achieved an Access to HE Diploma in Fashion Business, specializing in Fashion Merchandising in 2013. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, Khushboo studied Digital Marketing at MICA | The School of Ideas.
