Yuliyana Nicha Andrade, MA, Ph.D., OKR, PM, currently serves as the Head of Central Operations at The Big Search, where responsibilities include delivering quality work for prominent clients and overseeing scrum rituals across cross-functional teams. Previously, Yuliyana held roles such as Lead Operations Manager and People Operations Manager, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and creating streamlined processes. Yuliyana has extensive freelance experience as Co-Founder of Embaixada Cultural and various project management roles across different organizations. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, as well as two master's degrees in Public Policy from the University of York and ISS Erasmus University Rotterdam.
