Elliott Ledsam is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the National Operations Manager for The Big Table Group since August 2020. Elliott oversees 14 restaurants under brands such as Amalfi, Bella Italia, Cafe Rouge, and Las Iguanas. Prior to this role, Elliott was recognized as Operations Manager of the Year while managing 14 Bella Italia restaurants across Central London, Cambridge, and Norwich, and held various positions within the Casual Dining Group, overseeing operations across multiple sites from Newcastle to Nottingham. Elliott's career also includes experience in the political arena, having served as General Secretary at the Foreign Office and as a Liaison Officer in a parliamentary office. Elliott graduated with a BA (Hons) in History from The University of Huddersfield.
