Emma Dixon has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having worked at Bella Italia, Casual Dining Group, and currently at The Big Table Group. Starting as a Supervisor and working their way up to General Manager and now as a Senior Operations Manager, Emma has shown dedication and leadership throughout their career. Emma is a graduate of Lancaster Girls Grammar School.
