Chris (Se Hoon) Chun

Chris (Se Hoon) Chun has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Chris (Se Hoon) started as an Accounting Intern at Boaz Consulting Group from September 2013 to December 2014.

Chris (Se Hoon) then joined SkyCity Entertainment Group in January 2015 and progressed from Revenue Auditor to Accountant. In this role, they managed the financials of portfolios with a turnover of NZD$100M, including Food & Beverages, Attractions, and Hotels. Chris (Se Hoon) was responsible for yearly budgeting, monthly rolling forecasts, P&L ownership, and monthly P&L reviews with executives. Chris (Se Hoon) also supported the implementation of finance transformation from PeopleSoft to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

In January 2020, Chris joined CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA as a Reporting Accountant UK&I. Chris (Se Hoon) led end-to-end reporting for UK&I legal entities, represented UK&I in global finance meetings, and collaborated with the Global FP&A team for EMEA consolidation. Chris (Se Hoon) utilized various ERP systems for reviewing trial balance and performing legal entity consolidation/submission.

Currently, since April 2021, Chris holds the role of Finance Manager at Bike Club. In collaboration with the CFO, they have been instrumental in executing the operating model and scaling the business for global growth. Chris (Se Hoon) focuses on building finance functions and teams, implementing financial controls, managing liquidity, and providing strategic decision support to senior executives. Chris (Se Hoon) contributed to the successful Series A funding raise.

Chris (Se Hoon) obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from The University of Auckland from 2008 to 2012.

From 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting at Auckland University of Technology.

In 2018, they obtained the certification of Chartered Accountant (CA) from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
