Thijs de Ligt is a Medior Capital Manager at Knab since April 2020, responsible for the management of the company's capital position, including capital planning and balance sheet optimization utilizing R and SQL. Previously, Thijs served as a Junior Capital Manager at Knab, ensuring adequate capital for strategic execution. Thijs is also a Co-Founder of The BikeBoys, a second-hand bike shop catering to international exchange students in collaboration with various universities and schools in Amsterdam and The Hague. Thijs completed a Master’s degree in Applied Geophysics at Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Additionally, Thijs has experience in developing marine vibratory sources during a Master Thesis project at Fugro and held tutoring and managerial roles in other educational organizations.
