Natalie Then, BSBA-HRM, has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Biltmore Hotel since March 2017. In this role, Natalie has achieved recognition as the 2024 Q4 Above & Beyond Storyleader. Prior to this position, Natalie held various roles at Nordstrom from May 2010 to November 2015, including Loss Prevention Manager, where security teams were managed across multiple locations, and was involved in store openings in Puerto Rico and Florida. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a Human Resources Management certificate from the University of Phoenix, obtained between June 2020 and June 2022, and an Associate of Arts in Pre-Nursing Studies from Miami Dade College, completed in 2008.
