Martha Carlin is the Founder and CEO of The BioCollective. Martha has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership roles, including Executive Vice President Operations at UDR, Inc., where they were responsible for the company's P&L, IT, marketing, and HR functions. During their tenure, they delivered the best operating results in the company's 30+ year history.
Prior to UDR, Inc., Ms. Carlin served as VP Operations at OpsTechnology, where they were a member of the founding team and helped design, raise funding for, and build out the company's infrastructure. Martha also served as CEO of BiotiQuest and as an advisor for PaleoBiotica, Inc. and Pure Cultures, LLC.
Ms. Carlin holds a degree in Biology from Smith College.
Martha Carlin has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. Martha also has a Leadership at the Peak certification from the Center for Creative Leadership. In addition, they have an Executive Education Program certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Program on Negotitions, IT for the NonIT Executive. Martha also has a Public Speaking certification from the Buckley School in Communications/Public Speaking. Lastly, they have a Continuing Education certification from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business in Philosophy and Religious Studies, Public Policy, and Environmental Studies.
