Mihai Coroi is an experienced technical director specializing in biodiversity and ecology, currently holding the position of Technical Director - Renewables at The Biodiversity Consultancy Ltd. Previous roles include Technical Director and Technical Principal for Biodiversity and Ecology at Mott MacDonald, along with experience as a Senior Ecologist at Hyder Consulting. Mihai initiated a postdoctoral research role as a botanist at University College Cork, Ireland, and served as a research scientist at the Biological Research Institute in Iasi. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Botany/Plant Biology and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology, both obtained from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University Iasi.
