Zoilo Caparros

Zoilo Caparros is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Training at The Bistro Group since January 2007, following a role as Assistant Vice President. Caparros has extensive expertise in training across multiple restaurant brands, including TGIFridays, Italianni's, Fish&Co, and Buffalo Wild Wings. Prior to this, Caparros worked as a Training Specialist at Pancake House Group from June 2004 to December 2006. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Santo Tomas, completed between 1995 and 1999, alongside additional education at Angelicum College.
