With extensive experience in event production and project management, Rowena has held key roles at organizations such as CanTeen Australia and Jack Morton Worldwide, where they developed high-profile events and managed client relations. Rowena's previous positions also include Producer roles at Social Change Television and GLOBAL ROCK CHALLENGE LIMITED, showcasing their commitment to fostering youth engagement through the arts. They earned a Bachelor of Communications in Media Studies from Macquarie University.
