Elizabeth Smiley is a professional with diverse experience in content marketing, digital marketing, and customer service. Currently serving as a COM Assistant at The Black Car Fund since March 2023, Elizabeth previously held the position of Digital Content Marketing Specialist at MMPC New York City from August 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, Elizabeth worked as a Content Marketing Intern at TechSmith Corporation from February 2020 to July 2021, and gained early experience as a Teacher Assistant at People's Church Preschool and a Retail Associate at Target. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Michigan State University, completed in 2021, and a High School Diploma from Notre Dame Preparatory High School, awarded in 2017.
The Black Car Fund
The New York Black Car Operators’ Injury Compensation Fund was created by statute (Chapter 49 of the laws of 1999) for the sole purpose of providing Workers' Compensation coverage for Black Car operators in the state of New York. The Fund has been providing Workers' Compensation Insurance to the Black Car industry since 2000.
